According to Nepali media reports, the woman, identified as Chandika Shrestha, was found unconscious beneath the debris of a four-storey building destroyed by the floods.
Rescue workers located her under the rubble and managed to bring her out alive. She was reportedly revived and given water at the scene. Footage of her rescue has since gone viral on social media.
Rescue officials said Shrestha had remained trapped under the debris for 10 days before being found. She was later airlifted to a hospital by helicopter for medical treatment.
The rescue comes as Nepal continues to deal with the devastating impact of the floods, with the death toll reportedly rising above 1,300. More than 5,600 people are still reported missing.
A day earlier, two people were also rescued alive from a tunnel at a hydropower project, according to the news agency. The latest rescues have raised hopes that more survivors could still be found in areas affected by the floods and landslides.
