The rate for 10 grams of gold fell by Rs9,439, settling at Rs401,459. This decline comes a day after gold prices surged by Rs15,200 per tola on Wednesday, closing at Rs479,262, indicating a roller coaster trend in the market.
In the international market, gold prices also recorded a notable decrease, dropping by $110 to reach $4,455 per ounce, including a premium of $20.
Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan also moved downward. The price of silver per tola decreased by Rs340, reaching Rs7,484, mirroring the overall fluctuations seen in the precious metals market.
