In the international market, gold gained 23 dollars per ounce, reaching 4,708 dollars. This upward movement signaled renewed confidence among investors, as many continue to view gold as a safe and reliable asset during uncertain times.

Following this global trend, the local market also witnessed a sharp rise. The price of gold per tola increased by 2,300 rupees, settling at 493,162 rupees. Similarly, the price of ten grams of gold went up by 1,971 rupees, reaching 422,806 rupees.

This sudden jump came just a day after a significant drop, when gold prices had fallen by 2,900 rupees per tola.

Market experts suggest that such fluctuations are part of a larger pattern, where global shifts quickly influence local rates. For many traders, this creates both opportunity and caution, as prices continue to move in an unpredictable manner.

Meanwhile, silver also followed the upward trend. Its price per tola increased by 92 rupees, reaching 8,049 rupees, adding to the overall rise in precious metals.

In a world where economic signals change rapidly, gold once again proves its lasting appeal. Whether as an investment or a cultural symbol, it continues to hold its ground, even as markets shift and sentiments evolve.
