In a statement issued on Tuesday, Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan President Dr Hafeez Ur Rehman said millions of Palestinians continue to face displacement, food insecurity, disease and shortages of basic necessities.
He called on the international community to move beyond verbal concern and take practical measures to ensure uninterrupted humanitarian assistance and support long-term rehabilitation efforts.
According to Dr Rehman, Alkhidmat has dispatched 7,413 tonnes of relief supplies to Gaza over the past two years through donations from people in Pakistan. The assistance has included food, clean water, medicines, healthcare and temporary shelter.

The organisation has also sponsored more than 2,000 orphaned Palestinian children and provided educational assistance to 454 Palestinian students.
Alkhidmat has established a school in Cairo for 300 children displaced from Gaza, while educational and rehabilitation initiatives continue.
Dr Rehman said the people of Gaza need sustained solidarity and support beyond immediate relief, assuring that Alkhidmat would continue its assistance programmes with support from Pakistani donors.
He also thanked donors and volunteers and urged the United Nations and world leaders to take effective measures to protect civilians and ensure unhindered access for humanitarian aid.
