Miura scored in the 52nd minute to make it 5-0 as Fukushima United thrashed Iwaki Furukawa 7-0 in the Emperor s Cup.
It was his first competitive goal since November 2022, when he scored for Suzuka PG, now known as Atletico Suzuka, against FC Osaka.
Widely known as "King Kazu", Miura is regarded as one of Japan s greatest football icons and became the face of the J League when it was launched in 1993.
He began his professional career with Brazilian club Santos in 1986 and has also played for clubs in Italy, Croatia and Australia during his remarkable career.
The veteran forward is set to enter his 42nd professional season after extending his loan spell at Fukushima United from J2 League club Yokohama FC until June 2027.
Miura joined Yokohama FC in 2005 but has not made a first-team appearance for the club since 2020.
During his international career, he scored 55 goals in 89 appearances for Japan and has previously said he hopes to continue playing into his 60s.
