According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of one tola of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs3,000.
The price of 10 grams of gold also declined by Rs2,572, bringing it down to Rs376,059.
In the international market, gold prices fell by $30 to $4,161 per ounce.
The decline comes a day after gold prices had increased significantly in Pakistan. On the previous day, the price of 24-karat gold had risen by Rs4,300 to Rs441,636 per tola, while the price of 10 grams increased by Rs3,686 to Rs378,631.
