According to sources in the Ministry of Commerce, Pakistan’s exports to the United States stood at $1.17 billion during the first two months of the fiscal year, while imports from the US amounted to $690 million.
According to the sources, the US recorded a trade deficit of $480 million with Pakistan in July and August 2026. Pakistan’s exports to the US increased by 10.46 percent during the last two months.
Sources said that Pakistan’s imports from the US increased by 144 percent in July and August 2026.
Pakistan’s trade surplus with the US stood at $2.59 billion in fiscal year 2025-26.
According to the sources, Pakistan’s exports to the US during fiscal year 2025-26 amounted to $5.91 billion, while imports from the US stood at $3.32 billion.
