The department has established the helpline at 021-111-374-634 to facilitate citizens seeking information about the scheme.
The helpline was notified in line with a September 16, 2026 letter issued by the Ministry of Energy’s Petroleum Division, Directorate General (Oil), Islamabad, which called for a public facilitation mechanism under the scheme.
The facility operates from the Motor Registration Wing on the third floor of the Civic Centre (KDA) in Karachi and serves as a designated facilitation centre and point of contact for citizens.
Officials will guide callers about the registration process, eligibility criteria and other requirements of the fuel relief scheme. They will also provide information on how to access the benefits and respond to general queries about its implementation.
Although the facilitation centre is located in Karachi, the helpline will serve citizens across Pakistan, with particular attention to residents of Sindh.
The department said the mechanism became effective immediately. Citizens can contact 021-111-374-634 for information about registration, eligibility, procedural requirements and other matters related to the Prime Minister’s Fuel Relief Scheme.
