TDCP continues efforts to promote the tourism sector by providing modern facilities at tourist destinations across Punjab. The project is expected not only to boost tourism in Kotli Sattian and surrounding areas but also strengthen the local economy and create new employment opportunities.

According to TDCP officials, similar projects will be introduced at other scenic destinations in the province in the future to provide tourists with safe, high-quality and unique travel experiences.

Sources further indicate that the tourism department is planning to launch a chairlift project in Kotli Sattian, which will help reduce the growing tourist rush in Murree and expand tourism to alternative destinations. The initiative aligns with the Government of Punjab’s vision of “Magnificent Punjab,” aimed at further promoting tourism in Pakistan.
