According to police and hospital sources, the doctor’s body was discovered inside a vehicle parked within the hospital premises on Sunday. His family had reported him missing after he failed to return home, prompting a search that eventually led to the discovery.
Investigators revealed that Dr Latif had been taking antidepressants and was reportedly struggling with depression linked to personal and domestic issues. Sources further stated that drugs were found near the body, though their nature and relevance are yet to be officially determined.
