She reminded drivers to avoid using mobile phones while driving, respect speed limits, and give priority to pedestrians, stating that these small acts of care make a world of difference. Maryam Nawaz Sharif further added that the Punjab government is taking solid and practical steps to improve road safety. These include. stricter fines and penalties for traffic violations, regular fitness tests for vehicles, and the expansion of Safe City technologies and modern traffic management systems across various districts.
According to the Chief Minister, these measures aim to create safer, smoother, and smarter roads for all citizens.
