Emergency crews rushed to the scenes within minutes of the blasts. Sirens echoed across the city as smoke rose above residential blocks. Security forces cordoned off affected neighborhoods while rescue teams searched damaged structures for survivors.

Officials confirmed that more than 200 residents were evacuated from their homes and relocated to three local hotels as a precaution. Municipal authorities are now carrying out structural assessments to measure the full extent of the destruction.

Israel’s national emergency service, Magen David Adom, reported that at least 20 people were injured in the strikes. Among them is a 40 year old man in critical condition who sustained shrapnel wounds. Medical teams described the situation as ‘serious but under control,  though tensions remain high.

Meanwhile, Iran has announced that it is expanding what it calls retaliatory operations against Israeli and U.S. interests in the region. The declaration signals a possible escalation that could ripple beyond national borders.

For many residents, the attack was a harsh reminder that the conflict is no longer distant. ‘You hear the siren, you run, you wait and you hope,’ said one local, describing the tense moments before impact.
