Reportedly, the son of Senator Irfan Siddiqui, Imran Siddiqui affirmed the death of his father.
In a Facebook post on the social page of his father, he wrote, “Senator Irfan Siddiqui has died. He continued by saying that his heart was heavy and saddened by the loss of his father who he referred to as his teacher and the representation of love and hoped that his father would have his soul lifted.
Imran Siddiqui added that the burial would be done at H-11 graveyard.
President, Prime Minister, Interior Minister, federal ministers, PML-N head and leaders such as Nawaz Sharif and other political leaders were deeply saddened by the death of Irfan Siddiqui and said that his death has given a vacuum.
It should be noted that a day before, Senator Irfan Siddiqui was admitted to hospital because of illness and was later put on a ventilator.
