The attack took place at the Domail police station, where militants affiliated with Fitna al-Khawarij attempted to carry out a coordinated assault. Authorities said the suicide bomber detonated explosives near the facility, causing casualties among civilians in the vicinity.

Rescue teams and security forces quickly responded to the scene, shifting the injured to nearby hospitals for urgent medical treatment. Clearance and search operations are ongoing to secure the area and rule out any further threats.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif strongly condemned the attack, expressing deep sorrow over the loss of lives. He extended condolences to the families of the victims and prayed for the swift recovery of those injured.

Reaffirming the government’s stance, the prime minister stated that Pakistan remains committed to eliminating terrorism in all its forms and ensuring the safety and security of its citizens.
