According to the PCB, eight teams will compete in the upcoming season, with matches scheduled across six venues in the country. Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore will host the highest number of matches during the tournament.
As per the announced plan, Karachi has been allocated six matches for PSL 11. The distribution of matches among various cities aims to ensure wider fan engagement and provide cricket supporters in different regions the opportunity to watch games live.
The PCB stated that the tournament will feature eight teams, maintaining the same structure used in the previous edition of the league. Matches will be played across six venues, although the detailed breakdown for all host cities has not yet been fully disclosed.
Mohammad Nawaz was also mentioned in the context of the previous season, having participated in PSL 10 during a match between Islamabad United and Quetta Gladiators at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on May 3, 2025.
The PCB said the announcement reflects its continued efforts to promote cricket across Pakistan and strengthen the PSL as one of the country’s premier sporting events.
Further details, including ticket sales, match timings and the complete list of fixtures, are expected to be announced by the PCB in the coming weeks as preparations for PSL 11 continue.
