According to officials in Israel, nearly 1,929 people have been injured since the fighting began. The Israeli Ministry of Health said that 157 injured individuals arrived at hospitals within the last 24 hours alone.

Among those receiving treatment, nine patients are in critical condition, while 42 others are moderately wounded. Around 70 people suffered minor injuries, many of them hurt while rushing toward bomb shelters during incoming attacks.

On the other side, the Iranian Ministry of Health reported a far heavier death toll. Officials say that more than 1,200 people have been killed in strikes blamed on United States and Israel. The ministry’s spokesperson, Hossein Kermanpour, stated that nearly 200 children and 200 women are among the dead, a statistic that has intensified global concern.

The destruction is not limited to human losses. In the capital city Tehran, powerful airstrikes hit several oil storage facilities. Videos shared by international media showed towering flames and thick clouds of smoke rising from the targeted sites.

According to the Fars News Agency, at least four oil storage depots and one oil transfer center were struck in Tehran and the nearby Alborz Province. Initial reports indicate that four tanker drivers were killed during the attack.

Humanitarian organizations say the scale of destruction is staggering. The Iranian Red Crescent Society reported that 9,669 civilian units have been destroyed, including 7,943 residential homes and 1,617 commercial buildings. For many families, this means not only losing loved ones but also losing the place they once called home.

Meanwhile, violence has spilled beyond the main battlefield. In southern Lebanon, an Israeli strike hit a three-story building in the village of Sar al‑Gharbiyeh, killing at least 19 people, including women and children. Rescue teams are still clearing debris in search of survivors.

Tension has also reached Cyprus, where security forces evacuated about 1,000 residents near the RAF Akrotiri area after an Iranian-made drone reportedly crashed close to a United Kingdom Armed Forces base.

As the war drags on, the numbers continue to climb and the situation grows more fragile. For ordinary people caught in the middle, every day feels uncertain a constant wait between sirens, headlines, and hope for calm.
