The Ukrainian representatives have alleged that Moscow has strengthened its invasion by recruiting fighters belonging to the different countries, which is usually done in a deceptive manner.
Sybiha claimed that Russia was enticing Africans to take up contracts that he termed as equal to a death sentence, and African governments needed to advise their citizens against taking up the contract.

Sybiha told that 1,436 individuals had been identified as African recruits, and that those who had been recruited had come from 36 countries, and mentioned that the majority of the foreign fighters that Ukrainian forces capture had been recruited on their initial combat operation.
He stated that Ukraine would publish more information on the nations and areas where Russia had source this recruits.
