Sources said Noffke had informed the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) of his decision to step down from his coaching responsibilities.
According to sources, the 2026 Asian Games will be Noffke’s final series with the Pakistan team, after which he will leave his role as the national team’s bowling coach.
Sources said Noffke has also held talks over a potential head coach position with the team of an associate member nation.
Meanwhile, the PCB has started the search for a new bowling coach for the men’s team and has formally advertised the position. According to the PCB, interested candidates can submit their applications by October 8.
